Dear
friends and supporters:
Today marks the last 13 days of my campaign for Torrance City
Council. I truly appreciate the support each of you has shown me.
Friends, colleagues, neighbors and community leaders agree that we
need Councilmembers with real community experience and involvement
to ensure the future of Torrance. That is why I have been endorsed
by Mayors Frank Scotto, Dee Hardison and Ken Miller, a majority of
the Torrance City Council, the entire Torrance Unified School Board
and so many of you!
With 15 days left in our campaign, we need your help once again. I
have phone bank sheets printed and ready to be called, and I can
only complete the list with your help. Together we can contact the
voters of Torrance and get our message out that we want experienced,
honest and transparent leadership on our City Council.
If you are interested in volunteering to phone bank for our
campaign, or precinct walk, please join me at my home and
headquarters at
18716 Cranbrook Avenue in North Torrance this Saturday and
Sunday from 10AM to 5PM. Coffee and refreshments will be provided.
Please RSVP by clicking the button below:

As you know
already, our campaign is dedicated to preserving ethics and
integrity in our local government. Because of this, I am not taking
any money from Special Interests or home developers. All of our
money has been raise "grassroots," and every dollar helps us reach
our ultimate fundraising goal. It is so hard for me to ask my
friends, family and supporters to pitch in - but any $5, $10, $25,
or $50 contribution helps us to afford the very expensive mailers
you may have seen, our lawn signs, our website, and even these
emails.
If you click the button below now, and donate at least $25 to our
campaign, I will personally deliver a free Pat Furey for Council
T-shirt to your home.
On behalf of my wife Terry,
and my entire family, thank you so much for your support. Election day is June
3rd - so if you have an absentee ballot, get it in right away!
Thank you again.
Pat
